Rio the Famous Photographer first appears in 'Chicago', the fourth book of the series. The Saskias help her to achieve what she wants in life - among other things. She pops up now and then until eventually she gets her own story - 'Rio' - which runs alongside 'The Twins'. Rio eventually finds out the Saskias secret - and almost immediately is sucked into one of their adventures.
