Jennie is Rio's best friend at school. Mind you, with a friend like Rio, who needs enemies? Rio gets Jennie almost killed a couple of times, almost beaten up at least once, but makes up for all that by getting her name in the local paper, having her appear on the TV news and introducing her to the richest man in the county. Jennie really only appears in Rio's own story, 'Rio'.
